House System

At Northwick we celebrate the successes of all our students who strive to achieve their best in all aspects of school life. The House System gives our children this opportunity to be rewarded for efforts and achievement in all areas.

From Reception to Y6, the pupils are allocated a house.  They comprise of: Warriors, Rapids, Faithful and Wolves.  They remain part of this house throughout their time at the school, mixing with children across all age ranges from their earliest days at Northwick.

Within the House System comes the chance for leadership and, in Year 6 children are appointed to lead the houses. Their role is to bring together pupils from across the year groups and unite them in a shared responsibility for their community.

The highlight of our house system is the exciting range of competitions that take place throughout the academic year. These contests are not just about winning; they are about having fun, creating memories, and learning the importance of both individual effort and teamwork.

From spelling bees to sports days, each competition is an opportunity for our children to showcase their talents, develop new skills, and contribute to their house's success.
