At Northwick we encourage children to think about their responsibilities towards the world around them and in particular those in need. Each year we support local and national charities and hold a number of fundraising events throughout the year. These events provide a positive focus and an opportunity for our school community to come together to support other communities, both at home and abroad.  

We have raised funds for:

• The Royal British Legion Poppy Appeal 
• Children in Need 
• Save the Children Christmas Jumper Day
• NSPCC
• Comic Relief
• Macmillan Cancer Research

We also support Worcester Food Bank as part of the Harvest season.

Throughout all the fundraising events, the pupils’ enhance their understanding of global and local issues and this contributes to them leaving the school on their way to being well-informed active citizens.
